Our partner network
Nil Ocean Shipping coordinates cargo through carriers, customs brokers, hauliers and warehouses that we vet for each corridor. We are a forwarder, not a carrier: we don’t own vessels, and we don’t claim partnerships we don’t have. Partner names are shared with customers on request and recorded in each case file.
Our approach
How we choose and work with partners
Partners are chosen per corridor, for reliability and compliance, and you always know who is handling your cargo.
Vetted per corridor
We check licences, track record and responsiveness before routing any cargo through a partner.
Carriers
Ocean carriers and NVOCCs for the China–UAE leg and onward sea routes. We confirm the vessel and voyage in your case file once booked.
Customs brokers
Licensed brokers at origin and destination file the declarations; we coordinate documents and timing with them.
Hauliers & warehouses
Road hauliers for GCC and Iraq legs, and warehouses in the UAE for consolidation and storage.
Names on request
Ask your coordinator which partners handle your cargo. We share names on request and record them in your case.
Screened
Partners, parties and vessels are screened under UAE law and applicable UN measures.
We don’t publish partner names or logos without their permission, so you won’t see a wall of logos here. Ask us, and we’ll tell you who handles your shipment.
Agents and service providers
If you operate on our corridors (China, the UAE, Iraq, the GCC or East Africa) and want to work with us, send us your company profile and licence details.
