Track your shipment
Enter your Nil Ocean case reference, B/L, booking or container number together with the 6-character access code from your coordinator. You will see the current stage, the estimated arrival and how confident we are in it, and when our operations team last updated the shipment. Documents, charges and the full milestone history are in the customer portal.

Where do I find my access code?
Every case file has its own 6-character access code. It keeps your shipment private: without it, nobody can see its status.
In your coordinator’s message
We send it with your case reference on WhatsApp or by email when your case file is opened.
In the customer portal
Signed-in customers see every shipment, with full details, without needing the code.
Ask your coordinator
Message us with your reference and we’ll resend the code to the contact details on file.

Tracking questions
Where do I find my access code?
Your coordinator sends it together with your case reference when your case file is opened. It has 6 letters and digits and never contains I, O, 0 or 1. If you’ve lost it, message us with your reference and we’ll resend it to the contact details on file.
Is this live vessel tracking?
No. It shows what our operations team records at each milestone, such as loading, departure, arrival, customs clearance and delivery — not a live vessel position. Detailed milestones, documents and charges are in the customer portal.
How often is the status updated?
Whenever a milestone happens. The “last updated” time shows when the team last updated your shipment. If it looks out of date, message your coordinator on WhatsApp with your reference.
What does the ETA confidence mean?
High means the date is confirmed by the carrier or by a recent milestone. Medium means it follows the published schedule and could still change. Low means there is a known risk of delay, such as port congestion or a customs hold — we update the date as soon as we know more.
Why can’t I find my shipment?
Check that the number and the access code are typed exactly as sent (capital or small letters both work). Tracking starts once your case file is active. For your security we can’t say which detail is wrong — your coordinator can resend the code.
